The average sales price decreased 17.4% from $819,986 in October to $677,133 in November. The November 2015 average sales price decreased 7.5% from the November 2014 average sales price which was $732,404.
Average days on the market decreased from 125 in October to 114 in November, an 8.8% decrease in market time. The November 2014 average days on the market were 118, a 3.4% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 348 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 59 of those under contract, down 13.2% from November. The average list price is $1,188,548, up 3.6% from November. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $144,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $7,950,000.

November 2015 sales figures decreased 12.5% from November 2014 when 8 Lake Norman waterfront lots sold. The average sales price increased 22.9% from the November 2014 average sales price of $349,063.
The average days on the market decreased 26.4% from 235 days in October to 173 days on the market in November. Days on the market were up 18.5% from November 2014 when the average was 146 days on the market.
Currently there are 232 Lake Norman waterfront lots listed in the MLS with 10 of those currently under contract, down 44% from November. The average list price is $470,468, up 4.2% from last month.
