The average sales price decreased 8.1% from $820,337 in December 2014 to $754,071 in January 2015. The January 2015 average sales price decreased 2.9% from the January 2014 average sales price which was $776,775.
Average days on the market decreased from 140 in December 2014 to 126 in January 2015, a 10% decrease in market time. The January 2014 average days on the market were 166, a 24.1% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 367 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 63 of those under contract, up 80% from December! The average list price is $1,052,054, down 1% from December. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $177,777 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $5,400,000.

The average days on the market decreased 26.6% from 259 days in December to 190 days on the market in January. Days on the market were down 16.3% from January 2014 when the average was 227 days on the market.
