In July 2015 42 waterfront homes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 8.7% decrease from the 46 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold in June 2015. July 2015 Lake Norman waterfront home sales figures decreased 8.7% from July 2014 when 46 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold.
The average sales price increased 6.6% from $859,101 in June to $915,870 in July. The July 2015 average sales price increased 9.9% from the July 2014 average sales price which was $833,611.
Average days on the market increased from 102 in June to 134 in July, a 31.4% increase in market time. The July 2014 average days on the market were 96, a 39.6% increase in market time.
Currently there are 475 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 89 of those under contract, up 8.5% from July. The average list price is $1,092,241, up 1.5% from July. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $177,777 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $7,950,000.

Lake Norman Waterfront Condos & Townhomes
In July 2015 16 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 60% increase from the 10 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in June. July 2015 sales figures increased 100% from July 2014 when 8 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.
The average sales price increased 20% from $235,575 in June to $282,656 in July. The July 2015 average sales price increased 9.2% from the July 2014 average sales price which was $258,750.
Average days on the market increased 3.8% from 80 in June to 83 in July. The July 2014 average days on the market were 42, a 97.6% increase in market time.
Currently there are 55 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 11 of those under contract, a 31.3% decrease from July. The average list price is $297,687, up 1.8% from last month. The lowest pricedLake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $135,200 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront condois listed at $897,500.

In July 10 waterfront lots sold in the Lake Norman area, a 23.1% decrease from the 13 waterfront lots sold in June. The average sales price was $261,894, down 24% from the June average sales price which was $344,462. July 2015 sales figures decreased 9.1% from July 2014 when 11 Lake Norman waterfront lots sold. The average sales price decreased 65.6% from the July 2014 average sales price of $761,250.
The average days on the market increased 4% from 199 days in June to 207 days on the market in July. Days on the market were up 52.2% from July 2014 when the average was 136 days on the market.
Currently there are 264 Lake Norman waterfront lots listed in the MLS with 34 of those currently under contract, up 70% from July. The average list price is $450,746, up 1.7% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $45,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $3,900,000.
