In September 2015 46 waterfront homes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 48.4% increase from the 31 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold in August 2015. September 2015 Lake Norman waterfront home sales figures increased 4.5% from September 2014 when 44 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold.
The average sales price increased 12.9% from $775,058 in August to $875,120 in September. The September 2015 average sales price increased 1.5% from the September 2014 average sales price which was $862,317.
Average days on the market increased from 125 in August to 136 in September, an 8.8% increase in market time. The September 2014 average days on the market were 108, a 25.9% increase in market time.
Currently there are 407 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 65 of those under contract, down 18.7% from September. The average list price is $1,131,110, up .3% from September. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $211,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $7,950,000.

In September 2015 15 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 114% increase from the 7 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in August. September 2015 sales figures increased 25% from September 2014 when 12 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.
The average sales price increased 15.4% from $254,643 in August to $293,853 in September. The September 2015 average sales price increased 37.2% from the September 2014 average sales price which was $214,229.
Average days on the market decreased 20% from 75 in August to 60 in September. The September 2014 average days on the market were 159, a 62.3% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 53 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 15 of those under contract, a 36.4% increase from September. The average list price is $289,984, down 1.3% from last month. The lowest pricedLake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $124,500 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront condois listed at $765,000.

The average sales price was $418,393, up 10% from the August average sales price which was $380,357. September 2015 sales figures increased 200% from September 2014 when 5 Lake Norman waterfront lots sold. The average sales price increased 168.2% from the September 2014 average sales price of $156,000.
The average days on the market decreased 62.8% from 341 days in August to 127 days on the market in September. Days on the market were up 5.8% from September 2014 when the average was 120 days on the market.
Currently there are 239 Lake Norman waterfront lots listed in the MLS with 19 of those currently under contract, down 30% from September. The average list price is $466,790, up .8% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $45,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $3,900,000.
