The average sales price increased 24.8% from $877,800 in October to $1,095,243 in November. The November 2018 average sales price increased 14% from the November 2017 average sales price which was $960,854.

Average days on the market increased from 84 in October to 117 in November, a 39.3% increase in market time. The November 2017 average days on the market were 100, a 17% increase in market time.

Currently there are 235 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS, down 10% from November. There are 54 Lake Norman waterfront homes under contract, down 23.9% from November. The average list price of active listings is $1,290,907 up .8% from November’s average list price of $1,280,880. The average sales price increased 17% from $514,549 in October to $602,271 in November,. The November 2018 average sales price increased 11.2% from the November 2017 average sales price which was $541,443

Average days on the market increased 21.5% from 65 days on the market in October to 79 days on the market in November. The November 2017 average days on the market were 82, an 3.7% decrease in market time from last year.

Currently there are 719 active homes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, down 9.6% from November. The average list price is $752,572 up .8% from the November average list price of $746,727. The average days on the market are 168.  There are 251 Lake Norman homes currently under contract, down 2.3% from November. Average days on the market decreased 8.5% from 71 days on the market in September to 65 days on the market in October. The October 2017 average days on the market were 80, an 18.8% decrease in market time from last year.

Currently there are 795 active homes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, down 4.4% from October. The average list price is $746,727 up .9% from the October average list price of $740,384.
