Lake Norman Homes
In February 2015 86 homes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 11.7% increase from the 77 homes sold in January. The February 2015 sales figures decreased 21.1% from February 2014 when 71 homes sold in the Lake Norman area.

The average sales price increased 4.2% from $438,343 in January to $456,841 in February. The February 2015 average sales price increased .8% from the February 2014 average sales price which was $453,099.

Average days on the market increased 15.8% from 101 days on the market in January to 117 days on the market in February. February 2014 average days on the market were 120, a 2.5% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 877 homes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, up .7% from January. The average list price is $705,630 up 4.2% from the January average list price of $677,120. The average days on the market are 199. 264 Lake Norman homes are currently under contract, up 3.5% from January.

Lake Norman Condos & Townhomes
In February 2015 23 condos/townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 155.6% increase from the 9 condos or townhomes sold in January 2014. February 2015 sales figures increased 91.7% from February 2014 when 12 Lake Norman condos sold.

The average sales price decreased 25% from $242,167 in January 2014 to $181,653 in February 2015. The February 2015 average sales price decreased 1.5% from the February 2014 average sales price which was $184,404.

Average days on the market decreased 54.7% from 170 in January to 77 in February. February 2014 average days on the market were 90, a 14.4% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 85 condo/townhomes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, a 3.7% increase from the 82 condos for sale in January. The average list price is $239,784, up 1.7% from January’s average list price of $235,768. The average days on the market are 131. 29 Lake Norman condos/townhomes are currently under contract, a 21.6% decrease from January.

In February 2015 18 lots sold in the Lake Norman area, a 37.9% decrease from the 29 lots sold in January. February 2015 sales figures decreased 5.3% from February 2014 when 19 Lake Norman lots sold.

The average sales price decreased 3.9% from $204,643 in January to $196,578 in February. The February 2015 average sales price increased 119.5% from the February 2014 average sales price which was $89,547.

Average days on the market decreased 29.1% from 258 in January to 183 in February. The February 2014 average days on the market were 400, a 54.2% decrease in market time versus the same time period last year.

Currently there are 730 lots for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, an increase of 8.6% from January. The average list price is $255,814, up 4.8% from January’s average list price of $244,161. The average days on the market are 473. 48 Lake Norman area lots are currently under contract, a 29.7% increase from January.
