The average sales price increased .6% from $912,328 in December to $917,863 in January 2018. The January 2018 average sales price decreased 9.8.% from the January 2017 average sales price which was $1,017,965.
Average days on the market decreased from 128 in December to 106 in January 2018, a 17% decrease in market time. The January 2017 average days on the market were 126, a 16% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 238 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 77 also under contract, up 17% from January. The average list price is $1,303,960 up .3% from January. The lowest priced active Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $179,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $7,745,000.
