The average sales price decreased 2.8% from $866,237 in April to $841,679 in May. The May 2017 average sales price increased 9.2% from the May 2016 average sales price which was $770,695.

Average days on the market increased from 107 in April to 110 in May, an 2.8% increase in market time. The May 2016 average days on the market were 91, a 20.9% increase in market time.

The average sales price increased 5.3% from $482,081 in April to $507,837 in May. The May 2017 average sales price increased 1.3% from the May 2016 average sales price which was $501,229.

Average days on the market decreased 6% from 84 days on the market in April to 79 days on the market in May. The May 2016 average days on the market were 76, a 3.9% increase in market time from last year.

Currently there are 991 active homes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, up 5.3% from May. The average list price is $758,524 down 2.4% from the May average list price of $777,569. The average days on the market are 162. 391 Lake Norman homes are currently under contract, down 8.1% from May. The average sales price increased .7% from $859,794 in March to $866,237 in April. The April 2017 average sales price increased 13.2% from the April 2016 average sales price which was $765,145.

Average days on the market decreased from 122 in March to 107 in April, an 12.3% decrease in market time. The April 2016 average days on the market were 116, a 7.8% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 376 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 118 also under contract, up 7.3% from April. The average list price is $1,202,929, up 3.8% from April. The average sales price decreased 4% from $504,721 in March to $484,575 in April. The April 2017 average sales price decreased 2.6% from the April 2016 average sales price which was $497,349.

Average days on the market decreased 9.6% from 94 days on the market in March to 85 days on the market in April. The April 2016 average days on the market were 83, a 2.4% increase in market time from last year.

Currently there are 951 active homes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area, up 4.7% from April. The average list price is $777,569 up 1.7% from the April average list price of $764,373. The average days on the market are 162. 425 Lake Norman homes are currently under contract, up 3.4% from April.
