The average sales price increased 20.8% from $872,739 in December to $1,054,527 in January. The January 2017 average sales price increased 18.9% from the January 2016 average sales price which was $887,158.

Average days on the market decreased from 164 in December to 114 in January, an 30.5% decrease in market time. The January 2016 average days on the market were 86, a 32.6% increase in market time.

Currently there are 307 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 83 also under contract, up 20.3% from January. The average list price is $1,112,962, down .4% from January.
