The average sales price increased 3% from $780,493 in October to $804,082 in November. The November 2016 average sales price increased 18.7% from the November 2015 average sales price which was $677,133.
Average days on the market increased from 91 in October to 108 in November, an 18.7% increase in market time. The November 2015 average days on the market were 114, a 5.3% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 315 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 65 also under contract, down 16.7% from November. The average list price is $1,075,571, down .8% from November. The lowest priced active Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $210,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront homeis listed at $5,000,000.

Average days on the market decreased 68.4% from 117 in October to 37 days on the market in November. The November 2015 average days on the market were 90, a 58.9% decrease in market time.
