The average sales price decreased 13.8% from $937,266 in December to $808,186 in January 2019. The January 2019 average sales price decreased 12.4% from the January 2018 average sales price which was $922,098.
Average days on the market increased from 109 in December to 119 in January 2019, a 9.2% increase in market time. The January 2018 average days on the market were 92, a 29.3% increase in market time from one year ago.
Currently there are 232 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS, up 6.9% from January. There are 50 Lake Norman waterfront homes under contract, down 12.3% from January. The average list price of active listings is $1,331,714 up .7% from January’s average list price of $1,322,893.
