The average sales price increased 13% from $770,695 in May to $870,498 in June. The June 2016 average sales price increased 5% from the June 2015 average sales price which was $828,947.
Average days on the market decreased from 91 in May to 71 in June, a 22% decrease in market time. The June 2015 average days on the market were 95, a 25.3% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 477 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 108 also under contract, up 0% from June. The average list price is $1,107,523, down 2.4% from June. The lowest priced active Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $213,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront homeis listed at $7,450,000.

In June 11 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 175% increase from the 4 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in May. June 2016 sales figures decreased 0% from June 2015 when 11 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.
The average sales price decreased 6.3% from $245,875 in May to $230,309 in June. The June 2016 average sales price decreased 9.8% from the June 2015 average sales price which was $255,205.
Average days on the market decreased 49.3% from 142 in May to 72 days on the market in June. The June 2015 average days on the market were 120, a 40% decrease in market time.

The average days on the market increased 464% from 36 days in May to 203 days on the market in June. Days on the market were up 8.6% from June 2015 when the average was 187 days on the market.
