In November 2017 38 waterfront homes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 15.6% decrease from the 45 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold in October 2017. November 2017 Lake Norman waterfront home sales figures increased 26.7% from November 2016 when 30 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold.

The average sales price decreased 5.7% from $1,018,911 in October to $960,854 in November. The November 2017 average sales price increased 19.5% from the November 2016 average sales price which was $804,082.

Average days on the market decreased from 124 in October to 100 in November, a 19.4% decrease in market time. The November 2016 average days on the market were 108, a 7.4% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 244 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 72 also under contract, down 8.9% from November. The average list price is $1,284,295, up .4% from November. The lowest priced active Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $185,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $7,745,000.

In November 2017 8 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 20% decrease from the 10 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in October 2017. November 2017 sales figures decreased 20% from November 2016 when 10 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.

The average sales price increased 18.1% from $252,250 in October to $297,800 in November. The November 2017 average sales price increased 19.7% from the November 2016 average sales price which was $248,690.

Average days on the market decreased 40.8% from 49 in October to 29 days on the market in November. The November 2016 average days on the market were 37, a 21.6% decrease in market time from one year ago.

Currently there are 17 active Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 5 also under contract, a 9.1% increase in active inventory from November. The average list price is $399,799, up 26% from last month. The lowest priced active Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $155,000 and the highest priced active Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $925,000.

In November 2017 6 waterfront lots sold in the Lake Norman area, a 40% decrease from the 10 Lake Norman waterfront lots sold in October 2017. November 2017 sales figures decreased 62.5% from November 2016 when 16 Lake Norman waterfront lots sold.

The average sales price in November 2017 was $448,167, up 25.8% from the October 2017 average sales price which was $356,350. The November 2017 average sales price decreased 41.2% from the November 2016 average sales price of $761,556.

The average days on the market increased 36.5% from 178 days in October to 243 days on the market in November. Days on the market were up 108% from November 2016 when the average was 117 days on the market.

Currently there are 215 active Lake Norman waterfront lots listed in the MLS with 16 more under contract, down  5.9% from November. The average list price is $500,214, up 4% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $48,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $4,500,000.
