The average sales price increased 24.8% from $877,800 in October to $1,095,243 in November. The November 2018 average sales price increased 14% from the November 2017 average sales price which was $960,854.
Average days on the market increased from 84 in October to 117 in November, a 39.3% increase in market time. The November 2017 average days on the market were 100, a 17% increase in market time.
Currently there are 235 active Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS, down 10% from November. There are 54 Lake Norman waterfront homes under contract, down 23.9% from November. The average list price of active listings is $1,290,907 up .8% from November’s average list price of $1,280,880. The lowest priced active Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $150,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $6,950,000.

Average days on the market increased 8.9% from 78 in October to 85 days on the market in November. The November 2017 average days on the market were 29 a 193% increase in market time from one year ago.
