In June 2015 46 waterfront homes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 17.9% increase from the 39 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold in May 2015. June 2015 Lake Norman waterfront home sales figures decreased 17.9% from June 2014 when 56 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold.

The average sales price decreased 8.3% from $936,904 in May to $859,101 in June. The June 2015 average sales price increased 11.2% from the June 2014 average sales price which was $772,465.

Average days on the market decreased from 111 in May to 102 in June, a 8.1% decrease in market time. The June 2014 average days on the market were 104, a 1.9% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 485 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 82 of those under contract, up 1.2% from June. The average list price is $1,076,288, up 1.2% from June. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $82,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $7,950,000.

In June 2015 10 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 44.4% decrease from the 18 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in May. June 2015 sales figures increased 11.1% from June 2014 when 9 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.

The average sales price decreased .2% from $236,142 in May to $235,575 in June. The June 2015 average sales price increased 14.5% from the June 2014 average sales price which was $205,822.

Average days on the market decreased 23.1% from 104 in May to 80 in June. The June 2014 average days on the market were 52, a 53.8% increase in market time.

Currently there are 60 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 16 of those under contract, a 11.1% decrease from June. The average list price is $292,350, up 2.2% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $133,500 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $830,000.

The average days on the market decreased 32.3% from 294 days in May to 199 days on the market in June. Days on the market were down 20.7% from June 2014 when the average was 251 days on the market.

Currently there are 273 Lake Norman waterfront lots listed in the MLS with 20 of those currently under contract, down 23.1% from June. The average list price is $443,088, up 3.9% from last month. In May 2015 39 waterfront homes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 8.3% increase from the 36 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold in April 2015. May 2015 Lake Norman waterfront home sales figures decreased 13.3% from May 2014 when 45 Lake Norman waterfront homes sold.

The average sales price increased 32.9% from $705,117 in April to $936,904 in May . The May 2015 average sales price increased 15.4% from the May 2014 average sales price which was $812,192.

Average days on the market increased from 161 in April to 111 in May , a 31.1% decrease in market time. The May 2014 average days on the market were 140, a 20.7% increase in market time.

Currently there are 490 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 81 of those under contract, down 12.9% from May. The average list price is $1,063,456, up 1.3% from May. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $89,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $7,950,000.

The average sales price increased 2.2% from $230,992 in April to $236,142 in May. The May 2015 average sales price increased 12.1% from the May 2014 average sales price which was $210,629.

Average days on the market increased .9% from 103 in April to 104 in May. The May 2014 average days on the market were 134, a 22.4% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 66 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 18 of those under contract, a 16.7% decrease from May. The average list price is $285,941, up 6.5% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $133,500 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $830,000.

The average days on the market increased 51.5% from 194 days in April to 294 days on the market in May. Days on the market were up 92.2% from May 2014 when the average was 153 days on the market.

The average sales price increased 2% from $691,113 in March to $705,117 in April. The April 2015 average sales price decreased 12.2% from the April 2014 average sales price which was $802,870.

Average days on the market increased from 113 in March to 161 in April, a 42.5% increase in market time. The April 2014 average days on the market were 116, a 38.8% increase in market time.

Currently there are 483 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 93 of those under contract, up 17.7% from April. The average list price is $1,050,108, down 1% from April. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $100,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $5,400,000.

Average days on the market decreased 25.4% from 138 in March to 103 in April. The April 2014 average days on the market were 158, a 34.8% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 73 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 21 of those under contract, a 10.5% increase from April. The average list price is $268,553, up 1.1% from last month. The average days on the market decreased 33% from 290 days in March to 194 days on the market in April. Days on the market were up 26% from April 2014 when the average was 154 days on the market.

Currently there are 260 Lake Norman waterfront lots listed in the MLS with 28 of those currently under contract. The average list price is $417,838, down 9% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $45,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront lot is listed at $3,900,000.

The average sales price decreased 16.5% from $827,541 in February to $691,113 in March. The March 2015 average sales price increased 35.7% from the March 2014 average sales price which was $1,074,109.

Average days on the market decreased from 148 in February to 113 in March, a 23.6% decrease in market time. The March 2014 average days on the market were 101, a 11.9% increase in market time.

Currently there are 441 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 79 of those under contract, up 16.2% from February. The average list price is $1,060,737, down 1.1% from February. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $100,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $5,400,000.
